Refund Policy
Only damaged CDs will be refunded for the amount of merchandise minus any shipping and handling charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ship back any damaged product along with a tracking number. A refund must be approved by our company before a refund can be processed. Afritonas International is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If you have inquiries about obtaining return shipping labels or have additional questions, please contact customer care at awesome@afritonas.com.
All products are shipped in good condition. CDs are shipped sealed. The music is not to be copied or used for resale. All returns must include our authorized return label so it can be successfully processed at our distribution center. Any returns that arrive without our label, are ineligible for processing and therefore ineligible for reimbursement. Please remember it is very important that you have your return request authorized by an Afritonas International staff member prior to shipping the return. We will guide you through the process. It may take 60 days or more before you receive your refund.
